It's a passive type traction device, specifically for traction of a disc with a spinal condition.
It is a medical device used for treating and preventing each of cervical (neck) disc and lumbar (lower back) disc disease.
It is not an air-injection type but a gear type product that can be fine-tuned by the user's physical force. Reduced-pressure (for adjusting the strength) traction can be made.

There are bed-shaped lumbar (lower back) traction device and cervical (neck) traction device that is used in combination with the seat backrest.
